Become a published authority.
Turn your knowledge, experience and ideas into a professionally written and published book that strengthens your credibility, expands your reach and opens new opportunities.

A space on the shelf is reserved for your book
You have spent years becoming the person people come to for answers.
People ask you questions.
They ask for your opinion.
They come to your workshops.
They listen when you speak.
They read what you write.
They hire you because you know something they don't.
You’ve built that knowledge through years of work, experience, mistakes, research, conversations and lessons.
And yet… most of it is still temporary.
The presentation ends.
The workshop ends.
The sermon ends.
The LinkedIn post disappears.
The YouTube video gets buried.
The conversation ends.
And tomorrow, you start explaining the same things all over again.
You have built valuable knowledge. But you may not have built an asset around it.
That is the opportunity sitting in front of you.
What happens when your knowledge becomes a book?
People don’t just hear you talk about your ideas. They can read them. Buy them. Share them. Recommend them. Return to them.
Someone who has never met you can discover your thinking through your book.
A potential client can read your ideas before ever speaking to you.
A podcast host can see that you have something substantial to say.
An organisation can look at your book and understand what you know.
A reader can recommend your work to someone you've never met.
And years from now, the book can still be there.
Still carrying your name.
Still introducing people to your ideas.
Still creating opportunities you cannot predict today.
The thing you keep calling “a book idea” may actually be your body of work.
You may already have more than enough material. You may just have it scattered everywhere.
The problem isn’t necessarily that you have nothing to say.
You haven’t yet turned what you know into something people can hold onto.
And that is a very different problem.
Because the book changes your position.
I know a lot about this.
I wrote the book about this.
Let me tell you about my approach.
Here's my book.
Your knowledge lives inside you.
Your knowledge has a permanent home with your name on it.
That distinction matters. A book doesn’t magically make someone an expert. But when you’ve already spent years doing the work, a published book gives that expertise a form people can see, experience and pass around.
That’s the advantage.
The advantage doesn’t end when the book is published.
This is where many aspiring authors think too small. They think: Book → royalties.
But a book can become much bigger than that. It can support your:
The first book may also become the source material for future content, workshops, courses, talks, interviews and other work. You don’t know exactly which door your book will open.
But every door starts with having something worth opening it with.
And there is something else people underestimate.
The book can outlive the person who wrote it.
Your clients may move on.
Your business may change.
Your job may change.
The platform you built on may disappear.
The audience you have today may not be the audience you have ten years from now.
But your book can remain.
Your children can find it.
Your students can find it.
Your community can find it.
People who were not even born when you wrote it can discover it.
Content fills a feed.
A book becomes part of your body of work.
And for someone who has spent years accumulating knowledge, that distinction matters.
So why haven’t you written it?
Maybe you don't know what the book should be.
Maybe you have too many ideas.
Maybe you have too much material.
Maybe you don't know how to structure it.
Maybe you're busy.
Maybe writing isn't your strength.
Maybe you've started before and stopped.
“I’ll write it when I have more time.”
But time has a way of disappearing.
You may be waiting for yourself to become a writer before you allow yourself to become an author.
You don’t need to. You already have the raw material. You need the right people to help turn it into the finished thing.

Why I built The Author Advantage.
I didn’t set out to become a publisher.
I wrote my first book because I had something I wanted to share.
After university, I started teaching students through a small community I built around academic excellence. For years, I shared lessons on studying, personal development and leadership.
Eventually, I realised I had something bigger than weekly lessons. I had a book.
So I wrote it.
And then I discovered that writing the book was only part of the challenge.
I had to figure out formatting. Cover design. Publishing. Distribution. Amazon KDP. And all the little things nobody tells you when you decide you want to become an author.
I made mistakes. I tried again. I learned.
And eventually, I learned how to do it well enough to help other people do it too.
That first experience led to another author. Then another. Then many more.
Over the years, I’ve worked with independent authors, writers and publishers to help bring their books into the world, and I’ve been involved in the publication of more than 1,000 books.
But the number isn’t the part I care about most.
What stayed with me was something much simpler.
Most people who want to write a book don’t actually have a writing problem. They have a “how do I turn all of this into a book?” problem.
They have years of experience. Sermons. Videos. Presentations. Posts. Research. Stories. Ideas.
But they don’t know how to bring it all together.
And I know what that feels like, because I started there too.
That’s why I built The Author Advantage.
To help people who already have something worth saying finally turn it into something they can put their name on. A real book. A published book. A book that can reach people, build authority, open doors and become part of what they leave behind.

Imagine five years from now.
Someone searches your name. They find your book.
Someone invites you onto a podcast. They've read your book.
A potential client is deciding whether to work with you. Your book is one of the things they see.
Someone asks what you do. You don't need twenty minutes to explain it. You can hand them your book.
Your audience grows. You write another book. Your first book continues selling.
Your ideas reach people you could never personally reach.
And somewhere on a shelf, in a library, on someone’s Kindle, or in someone’s hands… your name is there.
That is not just a book. That is a body of work you created.
What if you had started five years ago?
You might already have:
A published book.
Hundreds or thousands of readers.
Years of accumulated royalties.
A stronger professional profile.
More people discovering your work.
You’ll never know exactly what those five years would have produced. But you do know this:
The book still isn’t written.
And another five years can disappear just as easily.
You don’t need another year of saying “someday.”
You need to decide what happens next.
Maybe your book starts with:
A folder of LinkedIn posts.
A YouTube channel.
Years of sermons.
A training framework.
Your presentations.
Your research.
Your notes.
Or simply the idea you’ve carried around in your head for years.
We can start there.

Your book, published within 90 days of working time — or we keep working at no extra cost until it’s done.
The clock counts our working time: keep your feedback and approvals moving, and we hit the date.
We onboard two new authors per month so every book gets the attention it deserves. When the month is full, the next spot goes to the following month.
Bring the idea, the notes, the sermons, the videos or the LinkedIn posts. Or simply bring the thought you’ve been carrying for years:
“I think I have a book in me.”
We’ll look at what you have, what the book could become and what it would take to get it finished.
That's completely fine. You do not need a manuscript to begin. We can start with the idea, your experience, your knowledge and the conversations you have around the subject.
You have spent years becoming good at what you do.
Don’t let all of that knowledge disappear with you, your career, your business or your next presentation.
Give it a permanent form.
Give people something they can discover.
Give your name something substantial to stand on.
Give yourself the advantage of being able to say:
I am a published author.
